Position: Part-Time Cashier/Counter Staff

We are seeking a friendly and efficient part-time Cashier/Counter Staff member to join our team at Vegan Foodie Bowl. In this role, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and handling transactions with a smile. This is a part-time position only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Process payments and keep accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and in the dining area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
